The East Kent Buddhist Group 

We are part of the Triratna Buddhist Community, and the group is led by Dharmachari Danapriya; an ordained member of the Triratna Buddhist Order who lives in Deal.

The East Kent Buddhism Group meet weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and members frequently go on retreats around the UK throughout the year.

We follow the Triratna meditation practices of The Mindfulness of Breathing and The Metta Bhavana.

Vajraghanta is a woman Order Member who has been leading Compassionate Communication events for many years and I am so please that she is coming to share her wealth of experience with us here in Deal.

Women’s Day led by Sudarshini and Vandika

At Sholden Village Hall on Saturday 31st March at 1000 to 1630.
Some of you will remember Sudarshini and Vandika from the Sangha retreat at Kench Hill last November. They both are inspiring women and have kindly and spontaneously offered to led a day at East Kent for women – so do come.

‘The Sangha Jewel’ - East Kent Sangha’s, Summer retreat.

Friday 8th June to Monday 11th June 2012 – 3 nights – at Vajrasana, Walsham le Willows, Suffolk.
