Saturday Morning Meditation - Canterbury
Every Saturday 10.30-12.00
Join us every Saturday for an open morning at the Friends Meeting House in Canterbury to learn Buddhist meditation, deepen your existing practice and meet like-minded people. Open to all, no experience required.

We alternate between introducing the two main meditation practices in our tradition, the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness). Every third week we offer an opportunity to go deeper into these practices and every month we hold a talk on Buddhism which is open to all.

Classes run every Saturday from 10.30 - 12.00. Please aim to arrive early to settle.

All of our classes are by donation and have no set fee. We ask £5 for attending but encourage everyone to give what they can.
