Sangha Evening - Deal

Wednesday Evenings 7.00-9.00pm

Join us on a Wednesday for our Sangha (Community) Evening. But please note, we do not meet up on the first Wednesday of each month.

Sangha Evenings are suitable for people aged 18+. We usually have a lightly led meditation and a talk. Once a month we include a pūjā (ritual). Practised meditations are the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana.

We announce our weekly events in our regular mailings, however here is a quick look at what's coming up over the next few weeks:

Wednesday 8th July - Guest Speaker Punyamati: An Evening of Dharma

Wednesday 15th July - Guest Speaker Danapriya: Break out of your self-created cage into freedom, liberation & joy

Wednesday 22nd July - Guest Speaker Danaketu: Origins of the Metta Bhavana meditation

Wednesday 29th July - Practice Evening (Dharma Day Puja on the Beach in MARGATE) please note this event will be in Margate - we will meet on the beach that is below the iconic Lido sign, just walk down the slope in front of the grass (just past the sign), at the bottom of the slope as you look out to sea we will sit on the beach to the right. (There is a car park at the Lido sign and also some street parking).

Wednesday 26 August - Practice Evening (108 Puja on the Beach at WALMER in DEAL) - the location is near the corner of Alexandra Road where The Beach joins with Kingsdown Road.
